Christianne earned her bachelor's degree from The University of Texas Austin and her law degree from Texas A&M School of Law. She graduated from law school Magna Cum Laude and served as senior member of the Law Review and Moot Court Honor Society.
Christianne spent time working in white collar criminal law as a member of the specialized crime division for the Dallas County District Attorney's Office. She then turned her attention to helping companies understand and adhere to the complex business laws that exist, particularly in franchise law and intellectual property law. As the managing attorney of trademark and copyright services for Mullin Law, PC., she represented the interests of clients throughout the United States. She focused her practice on commercial litigation, trademark and copyright protection and enforcement, franchise and distribution, contract disputes, trade secrets and non-competition enforcement, mediation, arbitration and business torts.
After several years of practicing commercial litigation, Christianne shifted her focus to the personal injury field - representing individuals who need representation. The knowledge, insights, and unique perspective gained from her past experiences allow her to aggressively and successfully represent her clients.
Chistianne is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Christianne has been awarded the American Bar Association’s Chairman's Award for Substantial Written Work for her article titled: Enforceability of Contractual Forum Selection and Choice of Law Provisions, published in the Franchise Law Journal.
Christianne has been selected to SuperLawyers Rising Stars from 2014 to 2020. This selection is based on an evaluation of 12 indicators including peer recognition and professional achievement in practice. Selection to Super Lawyers is limited to a small number of attorneys in each state. As one of the few attorneys to garner this distinction of Rising Stars, she has earned the respect of peers as one of the top-rated attorneys in the nation.
